Light

Bird’s nest ferns grow well in filtered sunlight to partial shade. Don’t expose them to direct sunlight other than the very early morning sun. Harsh direct sunlight can burn the leaves.

Watering

Soil should be kept moist all time. Do not allow to dry out. But do not overwater as this will cause brown spots and leaf drop. Water early morning or late evening when temperature is down.

Feed

During the fern’s active growing season of spring through early fall, feed once a month with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength.

Bird’s Nest Fern is non-toxic, safe for homes with children.
